Don't be afraid to experiment with different angles for the bed, why not drag the bed into the middle of the room as a starting point if you have to. Once the bed is in place, work on balancing your other furniture items by positioning night tables on both sides of it. Typically, each night table would have a matching lamp placed upon it to create symmetry.
