This game is rated for TEEN audiences. The main 12 characters are all couples very much in love. There are no affairs at all in this game. This game was created for church groups or those looking for a VERY clean murder mystery game.
It is time for the All Saints College Class of '57 Reunion. For one night we will return to the good old days when Elvis was at the top of the charts. Sock hops, hula-hoops and poodles were radioactive. Getting pinned meant something altogether different than it does these days.
The murder does not take place at the party although there may be further murders that do. Who did it? That´s for you and your guests to figure out.
This teen party game was developed with no scripts to read, with the exception of the Detectives evidence presentation and the Solution. Reading scripts takes away from the spontaneity of the game, therefore highly developed plots and characters were developed to allow the evening to progress in a fun and natural way. The mingle format allows more intimacy between guests and lets them become a part of the murder mystery instead of feeling like they are just playing a game.
A Killer Reunion is a murder mystery for 12-32 players. The first 12 are necessary characters. The next 20 are secondary characters and can be used if needed.
If you plan to host the teen party and want to play the game without knowing the solution, all you have to do is distribute the character sheets without reading them.
The Class of ´57 kit comes with a printable invitation, a brochure that tells guests how to play the game, the solution (to be placed in a sealed envelope) and character sheets.
The character sheets come in two parts. The first part is the background information, which each player will receive before the game. It contains background info, dress and character suggestions.
The second party of the character sheet is the their confidential information. It lists their secrets, knowledge and actions. These, like the solution, are placed in sealed envelopes with the their names on them and bold letters stating "Open After Murder".
